TERMS OF SERVICE

Pieces may take anywhere between 2 weeks to 2 months to complete. Please be patient with me - if you need the piece before a certain date and it is before the 2 month period, it needs to be mentioned from the beginning. A fee to finish earlier may be included as well.

Buyer cannot cancel their request after both parties have confirmed the order, unless due to artist's personal reasons

I only work with Paypal. No exceptions.

The artist retains all rights and ownership of the artwork (for personal commissions). This means I retain the right to post the piece on my social media, etc.

Buyer cannot claim that they made the art themselves. Credit must be given if art piece is to be displayed.

If the buyer does not want the artist to use the piece in any public way (e.g. posting it on artist's social media, using for own advertising) there will be a fee involved.

Once final prices are agreed upon and you receive confirmation that your request has been approved, please send 50% of payment.
I will send sketches of your piece, and you will have the opportunity to request changes to the sketch.
Once a sketch is finalized, please send the remaining 50% of payment.
As soon as the piece is finished, you will receive your final piece in your email
